Nate Dogg Stabilized

We just found out Nate is in stable condition now:

Nate Dogg is in stable condition in a hospital ward, but is using an assisted breathing tube — which is not required but makes breathing easier for him. Despite other reports, Dogg, who is currently sedated, did NOT suffer any brain damage. According to our sources it’s too early to tell how this stroke will impact the use of his limbs (his arm and leg were affected from the first stroke) but there isn’t much movement below his neck at this time.

Poor Guy, we’re sure he won’t be singing about pimping hoes and shooting dice anymore…

Get Well, Nate Dogg

Nate Dogg’s health has been quite an issue this past year. He has suffered yet another stroke and is unable to breathe on his own.

Hip-Hop crooner Nate Dogg has suffered a second stroke, according to AllHipHop.com.

While details are sketchy, sources have stated that the rapper is in serious condition due to the stroke. Sources tell AllHipHop.com that at this time, the singer cannot breathe on his own.

This is his second stroke since December 20, 2007, and the first left Nate Dogg, born Nathaniel Hale, partially paralyzed on the left side of his body, although his brain didn't suffer any major damage from the incident.

In May, rumors surfaced that Nate Dogg had died as a result of the stroke, but his manager Rod McCrew dismissed the reports, and stated that he was pleased with the progress of Nate Dogg's recovery.

Nate Dogg was arrested in June for allegedly making threats against his former girlfriend as he followed her in another car on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles. Our Prayers go out to you Nate...

Raging Wheels

Nate Dogg rolled up in court yesterday:

Showing up to court in a wheelchair —the result of a stroke suffered six months ago that left him partially paralyzed. The Prodigal Son rapper pleaded not guilty today to felony charges stemming from his arrest last month for threatening his estranged wife.Dogg, faces two felony counts of making criminal threats, one felony count of stalking and one misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license from a previous DUI.

He was released on $50,000 bond, which Compton Superior Court Commissioner Joel Wallenstein upped to $100,000 this morning. After doing so, the commissioner ordered the bailiff to temporarily place Dogg in a holding area until his camp paid the additional $50,000. [Nate Dogg's] next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 1, at which point a judge will decide whether or not there’s enough evidence for the case to go to trial.

Word is, he also allegedly emailed his estranged wife death threats. Now if his wheelchair bound ass can wreak all this havoc, he’s pretty much a lost cause. SMH.

Can We Get A Rage-a-holic Please

Nate Dogg was arrested this morning for trying to run his ex wife off the 405 in L.A.:

“Cops [have reported that] a woman who said she was Nate’s estranged wife called into 911 freaking out as she was driving, claiming Nate was making death threats against her and ‘dangerously’ following her as she drove down the road. The CHP stopped them both, and after interviewing both parties, arrested him for making terrorist threats and driving on a suspended license.”

This triflin ass character is on probation and he’s still getting in trouble. Word is, he’s currently being booked into the medical ward of the Twin Towers jail in L.A.
